To further clarify the procedures for obtaining licenses for ground and satellite radio frequency usage, including applications for permits to operate ground and space radio stations (facilities), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Radio Management Bureau has recently released new application guides:

The updates to the above guidelines for administrative approval applications related to ground and space radio business include: firstly, refining the application process to better align with existing regulations and rules, further standardizing administrative approval applications; secondly, clarifying the scope of national, local, and State Council department's radio management agencies in implementing approvals, making it easier for administrative parties to determine the approving entity; and thirdly, updating the reference templates for application materials, facilitating the preparation of application materials by administrative parties and improving the efficiency of administrative approval.
Next, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Radio Management Bureau will better implement the "reform, management, and service" requirements, optimize the internal approval process for ground radio business-related licenses, and further enhance people's sense of satisfaction and service quality.
