已经设了一个台，再买新设备时要怎么设台？我看业余无线电台执照上只有四个设备的位置，意思是不是说一个爱好者最多只能上四个设备的执照？

使用已有呼号，走新设台，发新执照，新执照只有这个新台，老台执照继续有效。如果走变更，应该可以在老执照上增加新电台

When a machine that uses both UV and HF is placed alongside a single UV machine, the license for that UV machine also includes permission for the HF frequency band. This could lead to different local management departments having different interpretations, and some areas might prohibit this type of setup altogether. It's perfectly fine for one person to hold multiple licenses; I have four devices covered by three separate licenses.

This is a matter of interpretation, and there's no right or wrong answer; each device has its own characteristics. Regarding the notes mentioned later, my understanding is that this constitutes misuse of the notes. The notes should be used to clarify information that cannot be easily found in the preceding list, rather than as a way to correct errors (this is just my personal opinion, and it doesn't affect the opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology).
