已经设了一个台，再买新设备时要怎么设台？我看业余无线电台执照上只有四个设备的位置，意思是不是说一个爱好者最多只能上四个设备的执照？

使用已有呼号，走新设台，发新执照，新执照只有这个新台，老台执照继续有效。如果走变更，应该可以在老执照上增加新电台

BD3OZV Regarding changes, at least in Shanghai, the prerequisite is that all your equipment must be on the same frequency band. If you have different bands, you need to apply for each one separately. For example, if you have 2 UV handhelds and 1 shortwave radio, you will need at least 2 licenses. You cannot combine the shortwave license with the existing UV license. Of course, it is also possible to have one license per device; having 3 licenses would not be a problem either.

On the application form for adding a radio station, in the "special instructions" section, MIIT requires that you specify the frequency and power for each radio you are applying for. This seems like a lot of extra work, as it requires separate documentation for each radio, even for HF and UV radios.

BH2VSQ 0W功率和不核准是有区别的，你前面涂黑了就代表所有设备都能在这个频率工作，哪怕是0W。这个就是解读不同，没有啥对错了属于各表一枝了。另外关于后面备注，我个人的理解是，这属于滥用备注，备注应该是载明前面的列表难以载明的东西的，不应该是给前面的打补丁的（仅个人意见，实际上咱的意见也影响不到工信部）

BH2VSQ 工信部的话，原因大概是国家级权限和省级权限要分开。车台移动台固定台不一样的原因我也解释了。其余的话就是各省自己理解了，那么首先之前我已经解释了执照并不等于呼号所以并不是只需要一张就够，那么在这种情况下，工信部都发多张了，省级有样学样也正常吧。或者再退一步，可以发在一张≠一定要发在一张😀

可能对于执照载明事项的理解不同，现在启用的业余模板会涂黑对应的频率，如UV HF分别为2个设备，执照上会将UV及HF频段均选中，导致无法拆分。即使写0W也存在执照对于该设备许可接收但不许可发射该频段的问题(实际法规下接收属于违法行为)

BH2VSQ 我是前几个星期前刚刚完成变更，增加了一台进去，都是一个执照，两页纸，短波 UV车台手台全在上面了。只要求在申请表上面的特别说明栏，详细写清楚每台机的频率范围和功率就OK了。
