《无线电台执照》，之前是小本本。从去年开始，工信部和部分省份开始发放A4纸张大小的大本本《无线电台执照》。从小本本到大本本，不方便放在衣服荷包里，就向工信部提出电子化的建议。下面是工信部的短信回复：【工业和信息化部】您好，这里是工信部12381，您之前反映过的问题现已有答复，具体内容如下：您好，感谢您的来电。感谢您对业余无线电台执照样式提出的建议，《业余无线电台管理办法》（工业和信息化部令第67号）明确规定了业余无线电台执照应载明的事项，由于老版执照样式的业余无线电台执照载明信息有限，为便于管理，业余无线电台执照采用统一样式。同时，我部鼓励有条件的省、自治区、直辖市无线电管理机构颁发电子形式的业余无线电台执照，符合《中华人民共和国电子签名法》的电子执照与相应的纸质电台执照具有相同的法律效力。感谢您对我部工作的支持。

发了电子的又有人说没有纸质的没有仪式感，《工业和信息化部办公厅关于进一步优化业余无线电管理有关事宜的通知》（工信厅无〔2024〕71号）相关规定，新版执照是《业余无线电台执照》，工信部之前发的那个还是《无线电台执照（地面无线电业务）》。 PS. 统一样式《业余无线电台执照》每个省都长不一样，电子的和纸质的也长不一样。

但是问题是有些地区使用电子版执照之后，你如果更新了执照信息就会刷新掉你的执照起始时间，然后考取C类需要B类设台18个月，你如果在这18个月中更新了执照，那么恭喜你，你的18个月重新计时了（如果地方可以给你出具已经设台满18个月的证明还好，但是目前已经听说了有部分地方根本就没有这项证明开具的途径，问就是扯皮踢皮球（

Generally, even without a proof, you can still take the exam, but you must submit this proof before the results are released. If you cannot submit it, the results will be invalid.
Personally, my paper license hasn't been valid for more than 18 months. I went to the issuing authority to retrieve my original B-class license.
