BA4SUA Based on the model dimensions you provided, a model was created. The material used was Steel-1008, which is available in the material library, instead of the Q195 commonly used for coat hangers. The diameter of the steel wire inside the hanger (2-3mm) was set to 3mm in the model. The simulation frequency range is 400-470MHz.

The figure shows the changes in S11 parameters before and after optimization, with the red line representing @BA4SUA The original simulation results are provided, with the green line representing the results after my optimization. To provide a more intuitive representation, the following is a VSWR parameter graph for the 430-440 MHz range:

By optimizing, the VSWR at 430-440 MHz was reduced to within 1.6, with a best result of 1.23 at 435 MHz.

The antenna's directivity is at its maximum of 12.2 dBi.
Based on the results of the simulation optimization, only adjusting the following two parameters can achieve a good matching effect:
(1)The length of the active transducer was reduced from 152 mm to 150 mm.
(2)The spacing between the guide vanes has been reduced from 138 mm to 120 mm.
@BA4SUA Please try adjusting it and let me know how it works!
