如题，老证玩个100W以内的还是蛮好的，新B证最大只能15W感觉很鸡肋了

15w基本通联是没问题的，尽可能使用正V天线和水平偶极天线最不济也得使用端馈天线。我在武汉经常与新疆bg0eh杨老师通联他用的705 10瓦。有一次在十五米波段我降低到5瓦与他完成qrp-QSO。第二个方面现在各省基本都能给带业余核准的设备上小执照。QSO过程中对方要问功率就答15瓦不问你可以不说。只要双方交换了信号报告，自己记录时间和频率模式就可以认定为完成一次有效的QSO。

15w不15w那也是操作短波，你不考就操作不了短波，考b就是操作短波的硬性要求。

只使用UV段通联，没有短波需求的，不考B证也没关系，够用就行。真想玩短波，就必须考B证了。

To operate UV, you need a Class A license.
To truly master UV, you absolutely need to obtain a C-level certification.
At a minimum, having a C license gives you the basis to negotiate with the municipality.
