第二个方面现在各省基本都能给带业余核准的设备上小执照。QSO过程中对方要问功率就答15瓦不问你可以不说。只要双方交换了信号报告，自己记录时间和频率模式就可以认定为完成一次有效的QSO。

These two types of antennas can maximize the power output of your radio equipment and help you make contacts. Most importantly, these antennas have a high elevation angle, making them suitable for shortwave communication over distances of several hundred to thousands of kilometers. Within this range, you're more likely to find other stations, which increases your chances of success!
