背景是：我现在有个一区的呼号BI1XDK，虽然我A类执照刚设台一个月，但是未来想发展短波通联更远的地方，可基于我现在的位置，不太可能在未来能搭起短波所需的一系列天线之类的（房东不允许），但是老家有一套顶层带阁楼能上屋顶的房子，在三区。我在思考的问题是，都说呼号是终身唯一的，如果我回三区设置固定台的话，还能继续沿用我的一区呼号嘛？还是说会给我一个新的三区呼号？又或者说我这种情况根本不能在三区设置新台？不知道有没有和我同样经历的朋友能够给我指点一二，最近已经在思考能不能找一个更高楼层的地方换租了😭。

6月开始全国联网了，以前有过一个人两个呼号的，以后不行了，只能是一个呼号

不能同时两个呼号，但是如果迁移呼号的话向你现在的无线电管理机构申请给你开证明，你可以保留呼号迁移，等于可以沿用你的老呼号，然后注册新的执照的时候如果是固定台那你基本定死了，无法移动，要想好！

我的建议是改为无固定台站的全国照

1、可以用1区呼号 2、3区固定台直接申请设台就是了。 3、一个主体可以拥有无限个执照，包括不同省。

龟腚是只能拥有一个呼号，如果要在其他地区申请设台的话，必须二选一： 1、注销掉原呼号，去新的设台地申请新的本地呼号 2、注销掉原呼号，并申请在新的设台地使用原呼号（实际操作中几乎不可能）由于呼号暂时是省内联网，可以跨省分别申请呼号，实际操作中，不注销原呼号的情况下，直接去新的设台地申请呼号也能下发新的呼号。不过将来一旦联网，肯定会对一个人拥有多个呼号的情况进行排查，并作相应的处理，所以，建议还是先注销原呼号然后在老家重新申请一个新的呼号，并固定设台，同时再申请全国无固定的短波执照，用于在老家以外的地区进行相应活动。

最省事的方案：直接北京设全国无固定台

A turtle's call sign can only be one, and if you want to apply for a station in another area, you must choose one of two options:
1. Deactivate the original call sign and apply for a new local call sign at the new location.
2. Deactivate the original call sign and apply to use it at the new location (this is practically impossible in practice).
Since the initial call sign was only for use within the province, it was possible to apply for a new call sign from another province. In practice, you could obtain a new call sign directly at the new location without canceling the original one.
However, once connected to the internet, there will definitely be an investigation and appropriate handling of cases where a person has multiple call signs. Therefore, it is still recommended to first cancel the original call sign and then apply for a new one in your hometown, while also setting up a fixed frequency. Additionally, you should apply for a nationwide shortwave license that does not require a fixed location, which can be used for activities outside of your hometown.

I have experience with this. When transferring a call sign from one location to another, the relevant authorities typically require proof of consent from the original site operator. This usually involves obtaining a written statement from the original site operator authorizing the transfer. Once you have that document, you can include it as an attachment when setting up the new location. I have a call sign that I registered in Harbin. Now, I'm in Changsha and want to set up my station there. However, it seems that the authorities in Changsha require me to obtain documentation from Harbin confirming the transfer of my call sign to Changsha before I can operate there.
It's incredibly frustrating. Even though I operate a shortwave station in Harbin, broadcasting nationwide would be much easier.
If you are unable to do so, you can also apply for a non-permanent location at the designated call sign area.
