The ICOM ID-52 does not have APRS.
The FT5DR has APRS, so it's possible that the screen could burn out. If this happens, you can get a replacement screen from after-sales service. However, both the 300DR and the DX10 have potential screen issues.
The Kenwood D75 does not have a validation code, and therefore cannot be used for license-required applications in some areas.
In summary: Buy the UVK6, and use the remaining budget for an ICOM 705 or another shortwave radio.
