### 关于**IRC 国际回信券**的说明今天把方圆10公里的邮局都跑了个遍，整个浦东新区的邮局我都打电话问过了，最后得出结论，上海浦东新区是不卖也不兑换国际回信券的，**上海市浦东新区**的邮局是**不**卖和兑换国际回信券的，在浦东新区的友台注意下，可以淘宝上买

BI4NFH If you don't want to save money, just send it through the post office at its regular price. If you want to save money, use discounted postage stamps (at least 19 yuan in total value) that are available online (I recommend buying a pack of 3). Make sure to attach them properly. If you need registered mail, make sure the total value is at least 22 yuan.
