A: Yes, blank self-adhesive stamps can be used as postage stamps. It is best to use regular postage stamps, and the postage stamp designs on the postage stamps cannot be printed independently; this is illegal.
Q: For international mail, domestic postage doesn't work, so the only option is to use return coupons?
A: Yes, but we need to check if the postal service in the destination country can handle international return card transactions. Currently, the price of the Chinese postal international return card is 12 yuan/piece, but it has an expiration date and will be invalid after that.
