今天打电话问了长沙无管，我哈尔滨弄的呼号，他说外省的呼号不能在长沙设台，需要现在HRB注销，才可以我在哈尔滨和浙江的时候也没有禁止外省呼号上台啊哈尔滨，浙江，长沙真是形成了互补：目前有三个问题：问题一：不能写承诺书100W上15W（工信部都说可以）问题二：没有6m波段问题三：外省呼号不能设台哈尔滨：存在问题一、不存在问题二三浙江：存在问题二、不存在问题一三长沙：存在问题三、不存在问题一二真逆天，这些地方不能好好落实新规嘛现在咋整捏

到底是不能上台（发射），还是不能设置新的无线电台，还是在你已有呼号的情况下另外发一本申请地区的执照给你

湖南省业余无线电管理还是比较好，服务也好。17、18年的时候就可以直接在网上申请换证，现在搭建了平台，更方便了。昨天申请换证，1天就批了，今天快递送的过程把我的证弄丢了，经过快递沟通又答应给我重新办理。

@"LoseHu"#p32330 不允许你在异地设台不是很正常嘛，你已经HRB取得的呼号，当然不能在外地再设台申请了，那不就是相当于一个人一个设备有两个呼号了嘛，如果你要在其他地区申请，按照规定是需要注销原呼号，再目的地重新申请设台，重新申请设台可以使用“B*/原呼号”或者重新申请新设台地的呼号；上台，我个人理解是发射的意思，如果你在HRB申请的执照是全国的，在其他地区只要遵守当地的法律法规（例如浙江禁止使用U段，你的执照上如果有V段的设备，就可以正常使用V段）就可以发射使用。

@"BG1QGD"#p32339 您理解稍微有点偏差，不过大致说的是对的他的意思是保留现有的二区呼号以及哈尔滨无管发放的执照，在现在的常驻地找当地无管使用新的设备办理电台执照，但是呼号还是现有的BG2FZV。省的加设备还得再找哈尔滨无管那边办理，距离较远沟通和邮寄都比较费劲。新规之后这个是有法可依的，不用像之前一样注销再办保留呼号去新的地方申请了。本坛和hellocq均有不少例子成功办理下来的，依据是2024年版《业余无线电台管理办法》的第十八条 > 无线电管理机构颁发业余无线电台执照，应当同时向申请人核发业余无线电台呼号，但申请人已取得业余中继台、业余信标台呼号以外的其他业余无线电台呼号的，无线电管理机构不再核发新的业余无线电台呼号。

Currently, it's unclear whether you need to cancel the call sign and register with a Hunan-based provider, or just cancel the previous registration. However, it seems that canceling at Harbin also resulted in losing the call sign. Also, if you do this, you won't be able to take the C exam for another few months.
