湖南省业余无线电管理还是比较好，服务也好。17、18年的时候就可以直接在网上申请换证，现在搭建了平台，更方便了。昨天申请换证，1天就批了，今天快递送的过程把我的证弄丢了，经过快递沟通又答应给我重新办理。

LoseHu It's perfectly normal not to be able to set up a station in a different location. Once you have obtained the call sign from HRB, you cannot apply for another one in a different location. This would essentially mean having two call signs for one device, which is against regulations. If you want to apply for a new station in another region, you must first cancel your original call sign and then re-apply for it at the destination location. When re-applying, you can use either "B*/original call sign" or the call sign assigned to the new station.
When deploying, I understand that this means "launching." If your license obtained through HRB is valid nationwide, you can operate legally in other regions as long as you comply with local laws and regulations (for example, if the use of U-segment is prohibited in Zhejiang, and your license includes V-segment equipment, you can use it normally).
