100瓦审批权限收回工信部之后，申请需要填写天线信息，天线信息最终也会打印到证件上。这样的话是否只能用证上载明的天线？如果更换天线被无委查到严格意义是否算非法？如果算不合规，现在有相应条例规定怎么处罚吗？有没有大佬解答一下

我的工信部照上有关天线的内容只写了极化方式和增益。在申请的时候我在线上写了包括端馈，GP，八木在内的数种天线，极化方式水平和垂直都有，增益从2.15到5dbi不等，最后工信部照上登记的是天线增益2.15dbi，极化方式V/H。但是在小字部分标注了“背负式移动设置、使用”，不确定会不会因为这个被抠字眼钻牛角尖

When I applied, I specified several types of antennas online, including directional arrays, GP antennas, and Yagi antennas, with horizontal and vertical polarizations, and gains ranging from 2.15 to 5 dBi. Finally, the MIIT document registered the antenna gain as 2.15 dBi and polarization as V/H.
However, in the small print section, it states "Carry-on mobile device settings and usage," and I'm unsure if this might lead to misinterpretation or unnecessary scrutiny.
