同意，删帖这个事情之前我经历过，完全理解站长的操作及社区规定

整个问题核心是浙江主管单位对政策的解读和HAM不一致，其中一部分5区友台的言论让我觉得非常的迷惑。要解决核心矛盾，在现有的框架下无非就是通过行政诉讼和向上级机关进行合理的反映，单靠舆论的效果非常非常有限（不排除还有反作用的产生）。我认为社区本身的行为没有任何不妥，但是某些人要上纲上线的进行解读，认为是其他HAM对浙江事件的所谓“冷嘲热讽”或者是受到其他方面的压力，我认为站长已经做出了充分的解释，以此作为所谓浙江HAM受到其他HAM打压的证据是可笑的。我个人的看法是，既然需要团结，就更需要用主动团结、争取大部分友台理解的手段来团结，单纯的退出、割席，更像是在画靶然后精神胜利，只能说明在争取团结、实现首要目标的手段上是幼稚的，是对解决问题没有助益的。合理表达诉求、集思广益、形成一致性的行动，而非单纯的牢骚和攻击，在这个年代难能可贵，但是是真正能让问题有机会得到解决的方式。祝社区越办越好，也祝浙江友台能早日重获各受限业余波段的使用权。

Later, I contacted professionals in relevant industries and gathered information through posts. @Ariel I scanned the WeChat QR code to join the group chat, and I wanted to offer help privately. However, I was asked to leave the group chat because I wasn't one of the people attending the dinner.

Over time, I have received numerous messages from people regarding this article. Some have expressed skepticism, others have offered support, and some have suggested that I remove it. At this point, I had already communicated with the internal moderators of the community, saying something like:

"As a colleague from the same 5th district, I feel that I need more support. It's important that articles cannot be deleted and that the community remains intact; this is something we must achieve."

This is from @bg7xwf Regarding the first post about the 6M, after I published it, I immediately reminded everyone that the article contained personal profile information and needed to be removed. This was done to ensure that the post would not be automatically deleted due to any magical forces or algorithms.

Subsequently, the original author requested that the post be deleted. Fortunately, around the time of this post, the community received several requests to delete and lock other posts. After consulting with various moderators, I drafted a revised version.Community guidelinesIt includes detailed instructions for locking and deleting posts, with particular emphasis on "exercising caution when deleting posts." It also lists the requirements and conditions that must be met in order to request a post or thread to be locked or deleted, thereby standardizing the actions of moderators and myself (as an administrator) in responding to community requests.

This article has generated considerable controversy, and despite various attempts to suppress it, it continues to exist.

Chapter 9 Post:I read an article by Professor Lu of BG5EJK titled "Zhejiang Cannot Lose the 6 Meter Band".

The first post, after being reviewed by Alibaba Cloud's content safety audit and subsequently placed in a hidden state, is unsuitable for display on the community homepage due to its inappropriate title.

At this time, I also noticed that the original author published a WeChat article titled "Zhejiang Cannot Lose the 6MHz Band," which is consistent with the content of "Appeal to Everyone to Support Zhejiang HAM." If the original author publishes under the title "Zhejiang Cannot Lose the 6MHz Band," then related titles will be displayed in the community.

Due to the reasons mentioned above, post number eight has been merged into post number nine. Therefore, only the title was changed, and the content remains intact. You can also see the merging action and the presentation of the two resulting articles in the comment section, along with my explanation.

Furthermore, statements such as "requesting assistance" and "we don't need your opinions," or "this is our own matter," published in articles, are problematic because they escalate the conflict. This isn't just a local issue; it affects everyone.

After the association's announcement, I particularly noticed the word "opinion," and I believe that some agreements need to be reached. The community will not proactively prevent or reject corresponding "opinions." I also discussed this with a moderator.

Above is a simplified timeline, which I originally intended to create by providing a detailed review and explanation. However, after reaching this point, I felt discouraged. I plan to add more details later when I have more time.

The core of the issue lies in the interpretation of policy by Zhejiang's relevant authorities and the inconsistency between HAM's position. Specifically, some statements made by representatives from certain "5-zone" broadcasters were particularly confusing to me.
To resolve the core issue, the only viable approach within the existing framework is through administrative litigation and making reasonable representations to higher authorities. Relying solely on public opinion would have very limited and potentially counterproductive effects.
I believe that the community itself has not done anything wrong. However, some individuals are trying to interpret events in a way that suggests other HAMs were making "derisive" or sarcastic remarks about Zhejiang, or that they were under pressure from other sources. I think the administrator has already provided a thorough explanation, and using this as evidence that Zhejiang HAMs were being pressured by other HAMs is ridiculous.
In my opinion, since unity is necessary, it is even more important to achieve it through proactive cooperation and gaining the understanding of most friendly stations. Simply withdrawing or isolating oneself is like drawing a target and then feeling satisfied; it only demonstrates that the methods used to achieve unity and realize the primary goal are immature and do not contribute to solving the problem. Expressing demands reasonably, pooling ideas, and forming consistent actions, rather than simply complaining and attacking, are rare but truly effective ways to solve problems.
I wish the community continues to thrive, and I also hope that Zhejiang Youtai can soon regain access to the restricted amateur radio frequencies.

BH7HQT The main issue was the actions of a senior official from Zhejiang Province, which were completely unbelievable. First, other regional broadcasters claimed that we were illegally shutting down the 6-meter band without proper documentation, and they argued that our complaint about the inability to apply for the 6-meter and other bands was unfounded. Furthermore, they questioned the attendance records of our representatives, claiming that government officials would not retaliate against us after an administrative review. This is a false accusation, as shutting down the 6-meter band already constitutes a low level of retaliation. The more serious repercussions haven't even been implemented yet (they had previously stated that all of our operating licenses were illegal under the new regulations, since only licenses issued by the national radio management department are valid, and CRAC does not recognize their licenses).
I can only say to my friends in Zhejiang: What we are experiencing here is beyond anything you can imagine. If at this moment, we are still expected to remain rational, neutral, and objective, then I have nothing more to say.
