隔壁问题问“k6 原装没有改的情况下有什么办法能接收短波吗？” 让我想起了一个困扰许久的问题，如果转发业余信号到其他业余段是否合法？如果不合法，那么有相关条例吗？那么有没有办法合法？中继器不也是转发吗？APRS不也是转发吗？还有各种奇奇怪怪的小众协议，用无线电发电邮之类是否合法呢？如果可以，那么可以把接收到的短波信号转发到UV段？实现UV在城市本地远程控制短波电台？再如果，业余无线电鼓励大家做技术研究，我就是短暂的进行这样的技术研究，是否是合理合法范围？还有就是短波信号的转发是否可行呢？比如，我在广州接收不到新疆的短波信号，那么在武汉设置一个短波转发设备，是否可以实现让全国的短波信号传播更加畅通的设想？

1、你需要知道什么是“业余中继台”，定义在业余无线电台管理办法第五十四条。 2、业余中继台的设置各地有相关的要求，看自行了解。你的短波--UV转发设备是否合法，我理解要看设备有没有中继台执照。 3、关于APRS等各类协议，只要符合业余无线电台管理办法第三十五条要求，即合法。 4、在武汉设置一个转发设备，同样要看是否有执照。总的原则：你的设备有合法取得的执照，你发送的内容合规合法。

原则上不可以，业余中继台甚至不允许使用链路等技术手段扩大覆盖面。真要是较真的话一大半中继台都过不了这一关。永远不要低估爱好者研究的各种偏门玩法~~，你甚至可以在哈尔滨的中继上打电话~~
