我内蒙的，11月下旬考试，1月上旬出成绩，3月中旬通知现场领取操作证。报名需要常住地报考，异地不可。证件制作由自治区工信厅发放的。考试采用纸质的，每张答题卡和题目都是一一对应的。考场内外没有邀请加入协会这类事情，没人提。因为其他地方都是机考，当场出成绩，不合格还可以补考。内蒙在这方面还需要努力。

Some associations went directly to the radio center to obtain their licenses. When I asked the association, they continued to say "wait."
