Registration requires you to be a resident of the area where you are applying. It cannot be done from another location.
The documents are issued by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region.
The exam uses paper-based answer sheets, with each answer sheet and question corresponding to one another.
There was no mention of inviting people to join the association either inside or outside the exam venue.
Because exams are conducted in other locations, and results are available immediately, students who fail can retake the exam.
Inner Mongolia still needs to make further efforts in this area.
