补充一个坑：申请只受理 3-30 MHz 的，超出范围（比如勾选了 1.8-2MHz）会被退回。

我这里还没有开展依然可以向地方局申请各类业余电台执照。

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) only accepts applications for shortwave devices with a power output of 15 watts or more, satisfying both conditions. In other words, if you have a full-mode radio like the 991A, you can only obtain a shortwave license from MIIT. The UV portion still requires obtaining a separate license locally, following the original procedures.

The G90s from Xigou, which were subject to an administrative approval application reported in June of last year, received the license in January of this year after an on-site inspection. The license was issued in November of last year and has a validity period of five years. It is a single (or two) A4-sized license, not a small booklet-style license issued by the local office.
