补充一个坑：申请只受理 3-30 MHz 的，超出范围（比如勾选了 1.8-2MHz）会被退回。

Hebei Province: Conducting verification on 34 amateur radio enthusiasts who are applying for licenses to operate 15W or higher power amateur shortwave radio stations.

The various amateur radio monitoring enforcement agencies carefully verified the licenses, operating certificates, and relevant parameters of amateur radio equipment owned by hobbyists. They also reviewed communication logs, inquired about the use of amateur radio stations and call signs, and conducted on-site inspections of the locations where hobbyists applied to install transmitters and antennas. They provided honest feedback regarding whether these locations were suitable for installing equipment and antennas, as well as whether they would have any adverse impacts on surrounding production, daily life, and environmental protection. In addition, they disseminated relevant regulations such as the "Regulations on Radio Management of the People's Republic of China" and the "Management Regulations for Amateur Radio Stations," emphasizing the importance of proper operation and prohibiting exceeding frequency bands or power levels, as well as any activities that violate laws or public morals, obstruct or intentionally interfere with communication between other radio stations.

The required bandwidth was specified as 3 kHz.
