适用范围与禁止行为
本标准适用于 HamCQ 应用及社区中的主题、评论、动态、图片、个人资料和其他用户内容。
HamCQ 严格禁止儿童性虐待和性剥削（CSAE），包括儿童性虐待内容（CSAM）、为性目的诱骗儿童、儿童性勒索、将儿童性化以及涉及儿童的性交易或人口贩运。禁止创建、上传、索取、传播或通过链接推广上述内容与行为。
举报与反馈
用户可使用 HamCQ 应用内主题、评论和动态的举报入口反映问题，也可发送邮件至 contact@hamcq.cn，邮件主题请注明“HamCQ 儿童安全举报”。
请提供相关内容链接、内容编号或用户名及问题描述；请勿下载、转发或通过邮件附送疑似 CSAM 文件。
审核与处理
HamCQ 管理团队优先审核儿童安全举报；确切获知 CSAM 后，将及时移除或禁止访问相关内容，并视情况限制或封禁相关账号。
团队依法保护举报者及儿童隐私、限制敏感材料访问，并按适用法律保存必要证据。
法律与主管机构报告
HamCQ 遵守适用的儿童安全法律法规，并依照法定管辖和报告义务，将已确认的 CSAM 报告给相关地区主管机构，或在适用时报告给美国全国失踪与受虐儿童服务中心（NCMEC），并依法配合调查。
若儿童面临即时危险，请立即联系当地紧急服务或执法机构。

团队负责接收和处理儿童安全问题，并由指定负责人回复 Google Play 关于本标准和执行流程的询问。
HamCQ Child Safety Standards

Scope and prohibited conduct
These standards apply to HamCQ and its community, including topics, comments, moments, images, profiles and other user content.
HamCQ strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming for sexual purposes, sexual extortion, sexualization of children and child sex trafficking. Creating, uploading, requesting, distributing or linking to such material or conduct is prohibited.
Reports and feedback
Use the in-app reporting controls for topics, comments or moments, or email contact@hamcq.cn with the subject “HamCQ Child Safety Report”.
Include a content link, identifier or username and a description. Do not download, forward or attach suspected CSAM.
Review and enforcement
The HamCQ administration team prioritizes child safety reports. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, we promptly remove or disable access to it and restrict or suspend responsible accounts as appropriate.
We protect children’s and reporters’ privacy, restrict access to sensitive material and preserve necessary evidence as required by applicable law.
Legal compliance and reporting
HamCQ complies with applicable child safety laws. Under applicable jurisdiction and reporting obligations, we report confirmed CSAM to the relevant regional authority or, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and cooperate with lawful investigations.
Contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately if a child is in immediate danger.

A designated representative handles child safety concerns and responds to Google Play inquiries about these standards and their enforcement.
