石河子[去年底还有年会](http://www.xjham.com/e/action/ShowInfo.php?classid=2&id=130)呢，可以问问本地的Ham一般玩什么。不过0区确实太大Ham比较分散，我之前在昌吉靠近呼图壁的地方，用手台在室内偶尔能在144.975Mhz守听到一两位Ham通联。 1. 玩玩MMDVM，DMR新疆460991组，不过得添置DMR设备和热点板; 2. 可以自己动手做UV段天线捅卫星玩，也可以找几个本地Ham测试直频（测试2米DX、6米DX在不同天气季节的传播怎么样）； 3. 可以备考B证，折腾短波天线，入短波设备（收音机、接收机、SDR都可以）开始守听短波通联（我在0区听高见雅章的语音信号跟在6区听一样清晰，但我在0区收不到6区的语音信号😅），练练CW听抄。

@"BG0EPK"#p9148 目前进行过的尝试尝试1：我根据《业余无线电通讯》第五版，尝试了EchoLink好像没什么人，并且好像因为电脑是通过路由器上网的，还需要开放路由器的端口。尝试2：有群友推荐卫星通联，研究了一下，好像原理是寻星软件+天线旋转器+八木天线+多普勒效应，但是选来选去那些八木天线对于我来说好像不太便携？如果作为主要手段最好应该配天线旋转器和可以自动调频的电台是吗？尝试3：想看看WEbSDR也没弄太懂

没得玩，只有卫星了等半年后，考B证，之后就玩FT8了。

Attempt 1: I tried using EchoLink, based on the fifth edition of "Amateur Radio Communication," but it seemed like there were no other users. Also, since my computer was connecting to the internet through a router, I needed to open ports on the router.
Attempt 2: A friend recommended Satellite Communication, and I looked into it. It seems the principle involves a star-finding software + antenna rotator + Yagi antenna + Doppler effect. However, after considering various options, the Yagi antennas seem less convenient for me. If used as the primary method, wouldn't it be best to have an antenna rotator and a radio that can automatically tune frequencies?
Attempt 3: I tried using WEbSDR but didn't quite understand it.

A rotator is not essential; you can manually operate a Yagi antenna (using a smartphone app like "Look4sat" or "ISS Detector" to determine the direction), and some portable Yagi antennas can be used without one.
With the Doppler, you only need to store 5 channels. Depending on which stage the satellite is in, you can also select and use the openGD77 remote control for automatic Doppler control.

If using a handheld Yagi antenna for simplex communication is the only simple option, then "Lactic Acid Workshop" purchased a Yagi antenna. Personally, I found that drawing diagrams, measuring dimensions, and optimizing gain were too complex for beginners.
I looked up "MMDVM" on Baidu, and it seems to be a multi-mode digital voice modulator. DMR is the commonly referred to as a digital radio, right? And is the 8600 a analog radio? Also, what is a "hotspot board"?
I posted on local forums, but no one responded. It seems that activity is higher in Kashgar and Aksh, but I haven't seen many locals there.
