目前考虑到的方案主要是2个，一个是签到系统，一个是免费问卷。目前没有找到很好的签到系统，所以我在用问卷系统，就问卷网免费的版本就可以。加入一个填空题，让大家自己填写呼号。收集的信息可以导出excel，感觉还是很方便的。

楼主说的是集群下发QSL，个人我觉得可以使用邮件，可以一对多，同时也免费。且QQ邮箱基本上都有。

我在信封里放了微信二维码和电子邮件地址，截至目前，加微信或者回复邮件的，不到五分之一，很多人直接就给回卡了，根本不提前联系。

I put my WeChat QR code and email address in the envelope. So far, only about one-fifth of people have added me on WeChat or replied to my emails. Many people simply send back a QSL card without any prior contact.
