操作证书认证完成后，无线电台执照认证无法上传图片，上传执照照片提示无权限。不知道是我这边操作有问题还是怎么回事。

奇怪提示输入身份证？我输入身份证然后通知我审核不通过...输入操作证，提示身份证长度不对。所以是咋啦？

Operation Permit/License Verification has been launched on 2022-12-11

A few months ago, I was https://forum.hamcq.cn/d/16 The article mentions the need for a simple account authentication system, and the following work has been done so far:

2022-12-01: Mobile number verification has been launched.https://forum.hamcq.cn/d/87

2022-12-11: Amateur Radio Station Operator Certificate and License Certification launched.

To obtain an operating license, you need to use "your real name + ID card". Here are a few points to note:
- Strengthened in-platform identity verification requirements. Data will be regularly requested from third-party authentication services provided by "China UnionPay" or "Tencent Cloud," which offer three-factor authentication.
- The authentication process is automatically executed through a program interface request and does not require any manual intervention.
- If there are updates to the operation certificate category, you can easily request an update without needing to re-enter data.
- All data is stored using AES encryption.
- Provides a convenient way to verify the authenticity of radio station licenses.
- Other features provide a solid foundation for extensibility.
License verification:
- Currently, multi-factor verification is performed manually.
- Once authentication is successful, the corresponding material file (e.g., license photo) will be deleted from the server.
- Once your license certification is approved, you will be able to obtain a unique link for your personal page:hamcq.cn/BG5UWQ

Due to limited development resources, we currently only provide some basic features and branding after authentication. Other functionalities will be added in subsequent updates. We welcome your feedback and experience.

After completing the certificate authentication, I am unable to upload images for the radio station license. When I try to upload a photo of the license, I receive an error message indicating that I do not have permission. I'm not sure if there is something wrong with my own operation or if it's due to some other issue.

Strange – it's asking for my ID? I entered my ID, and then it told me that the verification failed… Then, when I tried to enter my operator's license, it said the ID length was incorrect. What's going on?
