I've used one, and while there were a few minor bugs, the overall feel was still decent. It's suitable for amateur radio enthusiasts. The sensitivity is slightly lower than expected. I found it works well with satellite and MMDVM applications.
I haven't used the first generation yet; I heard that the second generation is better. Now, it should have been approved.
