When I was younger, I bought a Xiaomi phone, either the first or second generation. It had public channels and "long-distance" channels. The public channel was 409, and the "long-distance" channel was around 430. I didn't really pay attention to the frequencies at the time; I just used the 430 one to chat with my younger brother. Some radio manufacturers simply assign arbitrary frequencies, and even the hotel staff on the construction site don't know them. However, they still use them. I have a Densen PL330, which I use to listen to radio stations before bed at night. The signal quality here is good enough for me to receive five stations: 88.8 China Voice, 98.3 Chao An, etc., 102.0 Shantou Economic Radio, 102.5 Shantou Music Radio, and 107.2 Shantou Comprehensive Radio.
