功率冗余小点吧，不如两只RD100皮实，IC-7760输出功率200W,ART450网上看是450W的管子。

RD70HUP2这个型号datasheet只公布了530M时功率为75W，175M时功率为84W，没有公布在30M以下的功率，这个确实有点可惜，不知道有没有人实测一下。（最大值中如果能提供无限散热能力，比如液氮之类的，那么最大能到429W，仅供参考） [upl-image-preview uuid=f0371916-4939-4564-9843-f85e6536f5d8 url=https://storage.hamcq.cn/2026-08-26/1787710253-818751-image.png alt={TEXT?}]

@"BG2EFX"#p102704 前面有哪个文字说7760一定不烧吗😂。其实发这个贴子是因为以前有的群里看到有人说 ”两个管子集成到一个封装里的就一定比一个封装只集成一个管子的要更容易烧。“ 对于这种观点想引出大家更多的讨论，所以才发这个帖子。顶级电台一样会坏的哈，和顶部顶级没有绝对关系。只是坏的条件或者说抗损坏能力不同而已。

Instead of a power redundancy system, I think two RD100 amplifiers would be better. The IC-7760 has an output power of 200W, and the ART450 tube specifications online show a 450W rating.

Come on, let's look at another picture. The IC-7800 is being disassembled: Besides checking for heat dissipation, you also need to check the pressure rating.
Although this amplifier chip integrates two tubes, it's clear that the thermal resistance is much lower. This results in higher heat dissipation efficiency. Furthermore, its operating voltage range is also wider, making it less susceptible to damage from high standing wave ratios.

One is a radio using a 450W power tube, costing around $200, and the other is a radio using a 75W power tube, costing around $100. I'm not sure how these VHF/UHF power tubes perform in the shortwave band, but the redundancy of the power supply seems sufficient, as can be seen from the promotional images for the IC-7760. Also, there are requirements for heat dissipation with the RD70HUP2, similar to a sandwich-like installation method. This is not as good as the traditional power tube installation method, and poor soldering will inevitably lead to problems. In comparison, the two RD100 power tubes from the FT891 have better power reserves and cooling than the RD70HUP2, which also doesn't seem to be a problem.

The datasheet for the RD70HUP2 only specifies a power of 75W at 530 MHz and 84W at 175 MHz, without specifying the power at frequencies below 30 MHz. This is somewhat disappointing, as it's unclear if anyone has actually tested this. (If unlimited cooling were possible, such as with liquid nitrogen, the maximum power could theoretically reach 429W, for reference only.)

跟管子耐压啥的都没关系，现在管子正常设计余量都留得足够大。烧管根本原因就是自激。自激起来啥保护都没用，秒炸。只要是MOSFET功放都有自激可能，但天线SWR会和自激发生概率正相关。

功放要想指标好工作稳定晶体管一半是用一半的功率而且由于这种ldmos的增益非常高比较容易发生自激一旦自激瞬间烧管子还是比较脆弱的栅极自激还好只烧了管子其他部分没事最怕那种一炸连一大坨pcb掉炸掉的非常难修
好在八重洲用的那个管子不算贵不到一百块钱如果自己有能力自己换倒也不贵

BH9FTJ 最好不要长时间中或略低功率工作。因为功放管在不同功率下输出阻抗不一样，现代电台都是推挽输出，这种推挽结构的输出低阻抗变换到50欧都用特定变换比变压器（例如1:4或1:9）。而这个变换比是针对额定满功率输出情况下设计的，因为这个工况需要最好匹配状态到天线50欧阻抗以保证管子安全工作。但工作在半功率或更小一点的功率，比如40-60W，这时管子输出阻抗会大于满功率时输出阻抗，通过固定变比的变压器变换之后，相对于100W工况时的良好匹配，现在就是失配了，而且此时发射功率并不小，在这种工况下管子更容易出问题。这个问题在石龟上要更加注意。

反正就电台整体来说，好的习惯很重要：发射前检查天馈基本状况（有没有被风吹歪，有没有因为下雨天线进水等等异常），通电后先小功率输出观察驻波比变化，待驻波比确认OK后再加大功率。很多FT8烧机器的大多是电台后端负载出问题了，驻波比突然加大，然后把机器搞挂了。正常使用一般不会出问题的。所以其实不用有太大焦虑，一定要一个封装一个管子还是一个封装两个管子，正确合理的使用方式才能尽可能避免出现故障。

我最近亲身经历过的就是发现底噪异常偏高，而且驻波比虽然没炸，但也比平时要高一丢丢。结果去楼顶检查发现天线被风吹歪了，靠近了周围本应该远离的墙体。

BG7NOD 正常通联驻波1.5，下大雨时驻波能到2，小功率发射没啥异常。FT710这个烧管问题大概率是生产瑕疵，功率压榨也够狠，八重洲近几年的做工从拆机视频可见一斑。

总的来说，我了解到的炸管的两个主要原因：
1.因为散热不良导致漏电流增大，漏电流增大进一步加剧发热，进而使功放管烧毁；
2.驻波不稳定或过高导致前置电路耦合，发生自激现象，功放管过激励击穿或过热损坏。
二合一的管子，确实能缩小功放板的体积，但对散热要求高了不少，要导热快还要均匀。FT710印象里有部分批次，导热材料不均匀，即使天线系统良好，长时间大功率导致积热炸管也可能发生。
