As the title suggests, on July 15th of this year, CRAC published a notice on multiple platforms regarding "Circumstances Concerning the Handling of Amateur Radio Operation Technology Capability Certification for Permanent Residents in Hong Kong," but it did not provide other detailed references besides Article 67. Based on the information provided in the attachment available on CRAC's official website, I was able to identify the suspected reference document: GZ-0409 (Industrial and Information Technology Bureau Circular [2026] No. 409). After submitting a request for government information disclosure to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, I successfully obtained the original text and all attachments of GZ-0409, titled "Circular from the Industrial and Information Technology Bureau Regarding the Application for Amateur Radio Operation Technology Capability Certification by Permanent Residents in Hong Kong." The full document is provided at the end of this text and can be consulted by interested parties.
Also, I haven't been able to find any real-world images of this version of the operating license online as of today. Personally, I think this design is a bit unnecessary, and I was wondering if any other stations or operators could share some photos?
