I also use the MA-12GP antenna when I'm doing field operations, and it's very convenient. When I extend the antenna according to the band markings, the SWR is typically within 1.5:1. I use an FT891 radio for my field operations, which has a built-in SWR meter, so I measure it before transmitting. I haven't used the G90 yet; please ask the next instructor for assistance.
