I couldn't find any product manuals for this product anywhere online, and the company doesn't even have a website – it seems incredibly niche.
The instruction manual I obtained from customer service. The 8500 manual is in image format, with poor resolution, and customer service does not have a high-resolution version either. The 9500 manual is in document format.
However, some features, such as switching between A/B channels and changing frequency mode/channel modes, were not clearly explained.
