I don't think there are any radios that can operate on all of those frequencies simultaneously (specifically, 70cm, 2m, 6m + 3000)._{4000), random UV station}+The box6, a 6m DIY open-source machine, seems more realistic (you still have to pay for the antenna).

The main issue is that it needs to support both 6-meter and full-mode operation, so you can't just use an FT817nd.

However, most of the machines with a 6-meter antenna are shortwave radios.
