I found an article on Xiaohuo (a Chinese social media platform) that stated the IC-718 had been approved by ZhiPu, with the approval code and the license of KSR teacher upstairs matching: 2010AJ2805. However, I was unable to find this approval on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Perhaps a system update caused some older approvals to be lost?
However, it seems like I can still find information about it on Zhihu.
