各位老师、HAM 朋友们好！我是 BD7PVQ，最近在证件更名上遇到点问题，发帖请教有经验的前辈。我的情况：前段时间在公安机关办理了法定姓名变更，新身份证已经拿到；操作证是湖北省核发的 B 类，而且是新版证书（不是旧证换发那种情况）；目前证书和系统里还是旧姓名，需要更正；电台执照那边我另外找核发地无线电管理机构走变更，这个帖子只问操作证的事。想请教的问题：湖北核发的证，是不是只能找湖北省无线电协会受理？有没有友台办过类似业务？我这种情况（新证、仅改姓名），流程需要怎么走？该找谁？申请变更后，可以重新去申请一张新的实体证吗？材料方面：新身份证、白底证件照之外，公安开具的姓名变更证明是必须的吗？户口本"曾用名"页能否替代？姓名变更在申请新执照的时候会不会影响呼号？（理论上应该不会，还是想确认下放心）我这边也准备邮件咨询 CRAC ，有进展会来楼里更新，顺便给以后有同样情况的友台留个参考。

现在操作证名义上是工信局发放，不是CRAC和协会，是不是应该直接联系发证的工信局？

I am BD7PVQ, and I've recently encountered some issues with changing my license details. I'm posting here to ask for advice from more experienced hams.
My situation:

前段时间在公安机关办理了法定姓名变更，新身份证已经拿到；
操作证是湖北省核发的 B 类，而且是新版证书（不是旧证换发那种情况）；
目前证书和系统里还是旧姓名，需要更正；
电台执照那边我另外找核发地无线电管理机构走变更，这个帖子只问操作证的事。

Questions I would like to ask:

湖北核发的证，是不是只能找湖北省无线电协会受理？有没有友台办过类似业务？
我这种情况（新证、仅改姓名），流程需要怎么走？该找谁？
申请变更后，可以重新去申请一张新的实体证吗？

I changed my name and ID number. I contacted CRAC, and they instructed me to contact the issuing agency. I found our issuing agency, and I took advantage of the opportunity to change it directly. I needed to send them my old operator's license and ID card, as well as my new ID card and related documents, stating that they would update the information in their database, and then issue a new one.
