I haven't had any experience with end-to-end (E2E) solutions.
There are also "full power" (full V) configurations, and full V antennas have a certain directional characteristic. Theoretically, if your target is the European or American region, then a recommended mounting height of 7 meters (from the antenna's feed point to the ground vertically) would be ideal. However, achieving this is quite difficult in practice, but it's just a theoretical recommendation.
Additionally, a friend who is also an enthusiast told me that 4.8 meters would be sufficient, because the difference in actual use is not significant. However, I have not verified this, and his goal is simply to cater to domestic enthusiasts.
Building a GP antenna doesn't require high technical skills, so it can be attempted at home. The cost is also relatively low, but it does require some talent or knowledge of networking (although this is generally expected for anyone using shortwave radio).
