III. Content Check
(1) Verification of census data
The applicant or the designated unit shall verify, at a minimum, the following information: basic personal information, radio call sign, application operation category, radio equipment information, contact phone number, communication address and email, etc. They should also confirm the provided information.
(2) Information submission and modification

Once verified, submit it. If the communication address or contact phone number changes, the applicant can modify it online and then resubmit. IV. Work Schedule
(1) Self-assessment submission phase
FromWithin 15 business days from the date of this notice's publication.Each amateur radio station operator or individual confirms the relevant information according to the format requirements of the "Amateur Radio Station Application Form," while also confirming the commitments made during this self-assessment. The completed "Amateur Radio Station Application Form" and commitment information will serve as important evidence for subsequent extension, modification approval of the amateur radio station (station).
(2) Adjustment Phase
When information changes (excluding changes to communication address or contact phone number), the subject must submit an application for changes to the amateur radio station's setup and usage license to "Capital Window" or process it in person at the administrative service center in Liqiao, Fengtai District. This application must be submitted within 10 working days.
(3) Administrative Review Phase
For units and individuals that have not submitted their setup and commitment information, personnel will be organized to conduct on-site administrative inspections in phases.
