I noticed that in the product catalog, Xiaomi and Jibbon were categorized as two separate brands under two different companies, which is not a problem in itself.
However, during the addition of new devices, some users categorized Xiaomi-branded walkie-talkies under the "JiFei" brand. Although these are all devices designed and manufactured by Xi'an JiFei, and they have obtained approval codes from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) in the name of Xi'an JiFei, the final branding and after-sales service differ. Therefore, Xiaomi-branded devices should only be Xiaomi walkie-talkies, while devices under the "JiFei" (formerly "极蜂") brand should only be JiFei walkie-talkies.
The reason for the classification confusion may be that the Xiaomi walkie-talkies' packaging boxes have "Client: Xiaomi Communication Technology Co., Ltd." and "Manufacturer: Xi'an Fengyu Information Technology Co., Ltd." printed on them. When users submit new devices, they are unsure how to classify them when selecting "Manufacturer," and ultimately choose the wrong one.
If possible, the administrator can handle them in bulk.😎
