The most comfortable option is to buy the original Yaesu box, but the output resolution is really not very good. Also, Yaesu is not as user-friendly as Icom, and the USB data from Yaesu cannot be opened; only their device can view it, which is a pain to use. The best value for money right now is to use an audio interface card to record radio station screens in real time and then control the TX-5DR made by DRB, but if you don't want to use the audio interface card, you can also use the TX-5DR, but since the TX-5DR is still under development, it is easy to have bugs without screen capture.
If you have strong hands-on skills, you can easily write your own control program. Since hamlib provides a solid foundation at the lower level, implementing it is not particularly complex.
