（2）严格遵守《中华人民共和国无线电管理条例》《业余无线电台管理办法》等国家无线电管理法律法规及业余无线电业务各项规章制度，仅在核准的业余业务频率范围内、按规定的操作方式通联，不进行任何违法违规通信。
（3）保证所提交的型号核准代码、出厂序列号等申请材料真实、准确、完整，与设备实际状况一致。
（4）如本人实际使用发射功率超过14瓦，或违反上述任一承诺，本人愿意承担相应法律责任，并接受无线电管理机构依法作出的处理。

If any HAM from Hubei wants to apply, I'd like to give you a cold shower first.
Don't think about applying for a Class B license using devices with a power output greater than 15 watts in Hubei. You also can't get a report offline; you need to go through the relevant department to process it.
But if the Ministry of Communications knows that you are operating a shortwave station with more than 15 watts, they will not issue a license to you.

BI4OAE Thank you for sharing. I successfully obtained the license, which took about half a day. It was very efficient! I commend the Shandong Industry and Information Technology Bureau. Regarding the commitment letter, I stated that it was less than 15W, and I hope it can help more HAMs. Last year, before applying for the large license from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, I called the local radio office and they clearly informed me that machines with a capacity of 100W cannot be used to obtain small licenses.
