看RS44这类线卫星进行通联的友台，都是在用FT4模式，但使用FT4有不可克服的困难（~~指没设备支持发FT4~~），可以用FT8替代吗吗？

ft4速度快，卫星通联需要快速完成qso，所以用ft4。从技术层面上讲，线性转发器是搬移整段频谱，所以ft8是能被转发的。ft8和ft4应该都可以通过将音频送入电台来发射吧，jtdx就支持ft8、ft4、q65的发射。

可以啊，不嫌慢就行，rs-44这种60k大带宽的卫星挺空的。但是问题是没有人玩，ft4/2人比较多。对于k5/6，个人建议使用cw

FT4 is faster, and for satellite communication, it's important to complete QSOs quickly, so I use FT4. From a technical perspective, linear repeaters transmit the entire spectrum, so FT8 can be repeated. Both FT8 and FT4 should be able to be transmitted by sending audio to the radio; JTDX supports the transmission of FT8, FT4, and Q65.

Actions speak louder than words; decoding FT8 also works fine, and I even managed to communicate with my older brother.
I previously tried Q65-15A (specifically designed for AO-73 frequency deviation), and I even thought that with proper correction, JT65 might also be decodable.

If it's open-source firmware, in theory, you should always be able to modify it to send FT4 data. You could also have the AI modify the WSJTX settings.

Sure, as long as it's not too slow. RS-44 satellites with a bandwidth of 60 kHz are generally available.
However, the problem is that no one is playing, and ft4/2 has a higher player count.
For K5/6, I recommend using CW (continuous wave).
