CE Online only hosts online (remote) exams.
There are two types in total:
1. Candidates who are proficient in using computers can choose to take the exam using ExamTools.
2. For candidates who do not have the necessary equipment or are uncomfortable using computers, they can choose to take a paper-based exam online. Our team will use special sealed bags according to confidentiality principles to mail the exam materials to you.
Exam fees:
For adult non-student candidates, the exam fee is $14 and the license issuance fee is $35. The license issuance fee must be paid directly to the FCC (Federal Communications Commission), not through our team.
The exam fee for underage candidates or existing students is $7, and the license issuance fee will be paid by W5YI.
The exchange rate between the US dollar and the Renminbi is calculated at a fixed rate of 1:7.
We accept the People's Republic of China ID card and passport as proof of identity. Students should also present valid student identification.
