1、Upgrade to TQSL version 2.7 or higher, which is now likely 2.8. Issuing the latest certificate will resolve this issue.
2. The current certificate can be converted to a compatible format using the OpenSSL command.
3. After converting the certificate, you may need to restart Docker in order for it to successfully upload. This is because it might retain information from a previous failed attempt.
