I recently took over some Shanghai BURO work from BG5JFI. Please refer to BG5JFI's post for information on obtaining the cards. Currently, we are preparing to test the cost of sending internationally. Since the quantity is large (obviously), it offers better value. We are now starting a temporary promotion where we will send QSL cards to the Japan Bureau for free. If you need to send any QSL cards to the Japan BURO, please send them to:
Also, please indicate on the envelope (either on the back of the envelope or on the recipient's address) that it is intended for BURO in Japan.
Once we have collected enough cards, this post will be edited or responded to at the bottom, ending the activity and then conducting a cost assessment.
