本人与BG5JFI近日接手了一部分上海BURO工作。有关卡片领取请参考BG5JFI的帖子。目前准备测试国际上行的成本，由于量大（显然）更加具有性价比，现在开启一段时间免费寄往日本卡片局的活动。如果有需要寄往日本BURO的卡片，请寄：

并信封上（可于信封背面或收件人后方备注），或信封内注明发往日本BURO。
在攒够足够数量的卡片之后本帖将做出编辑或回复于底部，结束活动，随后进行成本评估。
感谢大家的支持与参与，希望我们能为CRAC BURO这一不完善的体系做出一点贡献。
请注意：通过卡片局发出的卡片通常需要数年才会从本地卡片局处得到回卡。

I have too many cards here, and it's not really suitable for you to transfer them here either.
The main method currently used is to send goods via discounted tickets and land transport.
I estimate that a 1kg "card" would cost around 40 yuan.
However, you can buy some cheaper tickets with the same design, or use postcards with advertising and stamps. Since the QSL card will be discarded after being placed in the recipient's mailbox, the envelope itself is not that important.

For Japanese station cards, it's necessary to check if the user is a member of the "JA" (Japan Amateur Radio League). Otherwise, the "JA" station will not be responsible for issuing the card.

International printing is often more expensive.
I have already calculated this.
The price for transportation by either land or water is 40 yuan/KG.
The printing cost should be no more than 180 yuan/kg.
The small package costs 135 yuan/KG.

The postal service's WeChat official account allows you to check fees within its microservices.
