The pre-printed information on a typical QSL card usually includes:
Confirm: □ Our QSO □ Your report
The "confirm our QSO" option at the top is used for general QSL cards, while the "confirm your report" option at the bottom is used for QSL cards in response to SWL (Short Wave Listening) reports.
If you intend to use it as an SWL card, you need to mark both of them out and write something like "heard your signal" or "SWL report". The important thing is to clearly indicate that this is an SWL card.
