If there are very few tall buildings nearby, and you install a glass fiber antenna approximately 4 stories high, taller than the surrounding buildings, can this fixed antenna successfully receive SSTV signals with an elevation angle of around 20-30 degrees?
I found that this antenna receives signals much better than a handheld antenna, but it can't be tilted. I don't know how well it works for receiving satellites at lower angles.
