刚刚完成AJD奖状的申请，我自己的申请流程参考了 @"BG8IL"#5674 的[申请教程](https://www.hellocq.net/forum/read.php?tid=344955)，由于该教程已成文于十余年前，有少许申请细节有所改变，加之在申请过程中在站内搜集到一些好用的工具，故整理此文，供大家参考。 JARL系列奖状是由**日本业余无线电联盟**面向全球HAM颁发的通联认证奖状（~~糊墙纸~~），外国HAM申请费用为**3000日元**，主要基础奖项有： 1. **AJD（All Japan Districts Award，全日本分区奖）**：集齐日本 10 个呼号分区（1 区至 0 区），分别与每个分区的业余电台完成通联（或仅收听），且收到对方 QSL 卡片； 2. **WAJA（Worked all Japan Prefectures Award，全日本都道府县奖）**：完成与日本47 个都道府县的业余电台通联（或仅收听监听），且均收到对应 QSL 卡片； 3. **JCC（Japan Century Cities Award，日本百市奖）**：与至少 100 个不同的日本城市的业余电台完成通联（或仅收听监听），且收到对应 QSL 卡片； 4. **JCG（Japan Century Guns Award，日本百郡奖）**：通联（或收听监听）至少 100 个不同的日本郡（Gun）境内的业余电台，并收到对应 QSL 卡片。推荐使用一个由 @"BI1GHZ"#261 开发的工具[Ham Award Tools](https://github.com/cebarobot/ham-award-tools)实现对LoTW QSL记录的奖状分析，可以自动导出各个JARL奖状的达成情况，并符合申请表格形式，可以快速粘贴到申请表格中，[下载地址](https://github.com/cebarobot/ham-award-tools/releases)在GitHub上，具体使用方法也可参考站内其他教程介绍。在使用奖状分析工具确认了自己可以申请的奖状后，就可以进行申请流程了： 1. 填写申请表格，JARL网站提供了Word和Excel两种申请表格形式，经过申请过程中与奖项管理员沟通，他们**推荐使用Excel表格**进行申请，更加方便他们检查及录入，官方下载链接：[Word（不推荐）](https://www.jarl.org/English/4_Library/A-4-2_Awards/sample-form.doc)，[Excel（推荐）](https://www.jarl.org/English/4_Library/A-4-2_Awards/sample-form.xls)。 2. JARL奖项管理员建议**直接填写并提交电子版申请表文档**，而**不要采用打印后手工填写**的方式，对于申请表格中的签字一栏，经确认**直接打字填入自己姓名**即可，无需打印纸质版手签或电子签，填写示例见下方图片。可以将**奖状分析工具**导出的通联列表对应粘贴到申请表格中，免去手工查找及输入的过程。 3. 打开[奖项申请页面](https://www.jarl.org/English/4_Library/A-4-2_Awards/Award_Main.htm)，使用PayPal支付相关费用（Award fee处选择“Foreign ￥3,000 JPY”选项）。推荐保存PayPal支付成功截图及订单号（可选）。 4. 将**申请表格（Excel文件）和PayPal支付截图（非必要）**作为附件，使用电子邮件发送给 **award@jarl.org**。 5. 等待管理员回信确认（我等了1周时间，供大家参考）。注意： 1. 申请**不需要**上传QSL照片、eQSL以及LoTW记录，只需要你自己承诺所填写的通联记录是真实的； 2. 若应JARL要求需要检查QSL记录，他们支持：纸质QSL卡片，打印的eQSL卡片； 3. 现在同样**支持LoTW**确认，但记录中需要**包含RST报告**； 4. 奖状分析工具当前作者最后更新于2023.10.17，不确定是否适配最新的奖状申请规则，对于其导出的列表最好加以检查以保证准确性。填写示例： [upl-image-preview uuid=19e5f32a-5d5e-4965-9671-08b6f24cd150 url=https://storage.hamcq.cn/2026-05-15/1778831459-278180-5-465878-58bda2c08b6d467.png alt={TEXT?}]

刚在 JARL 的奖状获得者列表里看到你了hhh，我前一阵子也申请了一批 JARL 的奖状 Ham Award Tools 我刚刚进行了一轮更新，解决了一些其他日志软件导出的问题。但区的数据应该还没有更新（24年静冈市的区进行了重新调整），影响 AJA 奖状计算。后续应该会再改造一个纯 web 的版本，这样就不需要专门下载一个打包好的 python 程序了。

@"BD1CAZ"#p97619 JCC 每 100（100、200、300 一直到 800）都是单独的奖状，而每 50 的才是贴纸（150、250 一直到 750）。我个人感觉申请贴纸是没啥意思的，也不便宜，直接申请下一档的奖状最合适。另外我几次申请似乎都没有遇到过要我补充通联信息的情况，可能运气比较好？但现在的工具代码中，WAJA 我是检查了呼号分区要匹配的，JCC/JCG/AJA 并没有检测，不过确实可以给个提示。

@"BI1GHZ"#p97800 我在申请JCC和WAJA过程中都出现了呼号分区匹配问题，如果您对WAJA做了匹配检查的话，那想来问题出现在wavelog那边。由于wavelog中也同样存在这几个奖项的检查功能，我在wavelog上WAJA奖项显示已经满足了申请数量要求，但用您的工具检查WAJA会有些许缺少，我在您工具生成的列表基础上手动按照wavelog的列表进行了补全。您的工具检查结果缺少4个县，而不匹配的那一条通联记录就在其中，因此有可能不匹配的通联记录在您的程序中被剔除了，但wavelog进行了保留，所以您申请时可能没遇到类似情况。 JCC使用您的程序生成的列表是齐全的，但也出现了3个不匹配需要补充的记录，这可能是由于JCC没有进行匹配检查所致。前两天看到wavelog2.5.1版本您修复了WAPC相关的问题，不知道日本奖项部分是否也是由您贡献的代码？但其实这些也都算不上问题，所检索的信息都是准确的，只是多发两封电子邮件就可以了😄

@"BD1CAZ"#p97807 wavelog 的 WAJA 不是我写的代码，但我记着是没有检查呼号分区的；wavelog 的 JCC 我之前重构了一下代码，和 ham-award-tools 一样，JCC 都是不检查分区的。 JCC 我个人感觉没必要检查呼号分区，移动操作总是常见的，而且日本法规也没有要求移动操作必须加后缀。我看了一眼我的 JCC 申请，至少能看到 4 个没有 /P 的跨呼号区操作，但也没有被要求补充 QSL 图片。是否要求补充 QSL 信息还是比较随机的，没有确切的规则，可能还是看奖状管理员的心情了））

Methods for applying for the JARL series awards (e.g., AJD, WAJA) in Japan.

AJD (All Japan Districts Award): Collect ten Japanese call sign zones (from 1 to 0), and establish communication (or simply listen) with each zone's amateur radio station, and receive their QSL card.

The award analysis tool was last updated by the author on 2023-10-17. It is uncertain whether it is compatible with the latest award application rules. Therefore, the lists generated by the tool should be checked carefully to ensure accuracy.

I have just completed an update that resolves some issues with log software exports.
However, the district data may not have been updated (the districts in Shizuoka City for 2024 were reorganized), which affects the calculation of the AJA awards.
Subsequently, a purely web-based version will likely be developed, eliminating the need to download and install a pre-packaged Python program.

During my application for Waja and JCC, I found that JARL's initial verification of communication records appears to be based onCall sign partitioningTo ensure compatibility with the applied county/city, if the communication partner is located in a different zone and does not have any prefix/suffix information, it will result in an incompatibility and require further proof of relevant communication records.
Therefore, if there are any updates planned by experienced users, could we incorporate a feature that prioritizes matching based on the "通联" record? Alternatively, we could add a reminder to alert users when the callsign and location (QTH) of a record do not match, suggesting that applicants submit the QSL proof for that specific record for verification. This would further eliminate the need for repeated document submissions and save time.

Each JCC award, whether it's the 100 (100, 200, 300 up to 800) or the 50 (150, 250 up to 750), is a separate certificate. However, I think applying for the 50 certificates is not very worthwhile and also expensive; it's better to directly apply for the next level of award.

Additionally, I haven't encountered situations where I was required to provide additional communication information during my previous applications. Perhaps I just had good luck?
However, in the current tool code, I checked that the call sign ranges must match. But I didn't check JCC/JCG/AJA, although it could provide a warning.

BI1GHZ I encountered issues with call sign partitioning during both my applications for JCC and WAJA. If you have performed a matching check on WAJA, the problem seems to originate from the wavelog data.

Because the Wavelog also has a check function for these awards, the WAJA award in Wavelog already meets the application quantity requirement. However, when using your tool to check WAJA, there is some missing information. I manually completed the list based on the Wavelog's list after reviewing the list generated by your tool. Your tool's results are missing 4 counties, and one of the unmatched records is included in that list. Therefore, it is possible that the unmatched record was removed from your program, but Wavelog retained it. This may be why you didn't encounter a similar situation when applying.

The list generated by your program for JCC is complete, but there are 3 records that do not match and need to be added. This may be due to the fact that JCC did not perform a matching check.

I saw that you fixed the WAPC-related issues in version 2.5.1 of wavelog, and I was wondering if the Japanese award section was also your contribution? However, these are not really problems either; all the retrieved information is accurate, and it would just be necessary to send two emails instead of one.😄

The WAJA code in wavelog is not my own, but I remember that it didn't check the call sign ranges. The JCC code in wavelog, which I had previously refactored, is also similar to ham-award-tools; both JCCs don't check the ranges.

Personally, I don't think it's necessary to check the call sign zone. Mobile operations are common, and Japanese regulations do not require mobile operations to include a suffix.

I glanced at my JCC application, and I could see at least 4 QSOs with no /P callsign, but I wasn't asked to provide additional QSL images. Whether or not providing QSL information is required seems somewhat random, as there are no specific rules. It may depend on the administrator's mood.
