8800是模拟机，收不了数字的。可以守听v段的那个。以及旧版本的手机蓝牙写频软件写频后发射可能有bug

数字中继得用数字对讲机啊，8800又不是数字对讲机，438.550这个中继就别想了。 147.925模拟中继看上去设置是对的，接收不到的原因有很多，可能是中继上没人，也可能是你位置不好收不到信号。

The 8800 is an analog device and cannot receive digital signals. It can work with the "v-band" frequency. Also, older versions of phone Bluetooth writing software may have bugs after transmitting.

You need a digital repeater, not a traditional analog radio like the 8800. And that 438.550 frequency won't work either.
The simulated repeater at 147.925 appears to be configured correctly, but there are several possible reasons why you are not receiving a signal: either no one is transmitting on that frequency, or your location may be interfering with the signal reception.
