I don't plan to stay abroad long-term in the near future, nor do I intend to pursue further certifications. I saw a post from GM3HSO on the forum titled "Useful Overseas Licenses: UK License," and learned about the UK license. Currently, I am studying for the Foundation exam on ukhamquiz, preparing for it over the next one or two months. However, I've noticed that awareness of the UK license is relatively low in China. Are there any other operators who also plan to obtain a UK license? Perhaps we could create a group.
Additionally, when requesting a license from Ofcom, is it mandatory to first obtain a physical certificate from RSGB? Does the RSGB physical certificate support shipping to foreign countries, including China? What are the typical postage costs?
