The 8-meter net pole has two very thin sections at the top, which are prone to breaking. Usually, when there is no wind, only the bottom five sections are extended, making it about 6 meters long. When there is wind, it can be shortened by a few sections. The net pole is much cheaper than a supporting pole for a lamp, but even when fully retracted, it is still quite long and heavy, which could make it inconvenient to carry outdoors.
