The incident occurred on February 9, 2026, from 23:50 to 01:30, when my radio detected an unusual frequency of 94.5 MHz broadcasting the advertisement "Tian You **Wan", after comparing with a database, this station is broadcasting on the same frequency as the 94.5MHz radio station in Weinan, but according to the general rules of radio transmission, the signal strength received by the radio is far beyond the predicted level (actually reaching 17-23 dBμV, which should be impossible to receive according to the prediction). This advertisement was broadcast in multiple phases and repeated continuously, and it was an advertisement for "Zhuang * Medicine". The phone number for the advertisement is 1**********. The advertisement used words such as "male health", "doing*", "**" repeatedly, spreading obscene information and seriously harming the social environment.

The database for the station shows that it belongs to Yangyang County Radio Station, not a local radio station in Xi'an.
At my location, I used a monitoring receiver and a 20-200 MHz directional antenna to perform an azimuth measurement by the window, with an approximate direction of 120-140 degrees, maximum strength of approximately 20 dBμV, which was recorded. On February 10, 2026, at 7:00 AM, I carried a monitoring receiver, a set of directional antennas, and a radio, and performed a second azimuth measurement on the wasteland east of the泾渭半岛 (Jing Wei Half Island) subway station, with an azimuth direction of 150-180 degrees, field strength approximately 20-25 dBμV. I then took Line 10 and Line 8 of the subway, exited at North C exit of幸福林带 (Xing Fu Lin Dai), and walked up to the second floor, where I performed a second azimuth measurement by the trash can, with a field strength of 50 dBμV, in a direction of 90 degrees. Finally, I took a bus to Baqiao District's Ba River Wetland Park for a fourth azimuth measurement.

While en route to the park, I contacted the Xi'an Radio Monitoring Station. I explained the situation to them, and initially, the staff assumed that a radio station in Yaoyang County was experiencing an unusual E-layer ionization event, which could explain why it was being received. However, I clarified that this was not the case. The staff informed me that they would call back within a few minutes. After I got into my car, the monitoring station called to inform me that they were using fixed-station triangulation to confirm that the radio station was an illegal broadcasting station located near the Baqiao Thermal Power Plant. At that time, it was 9:30 AM. Subsequently, I continued measuring the direction, and at the bank of the Ba River, the bearing was approximately 270-300 degrees, with a signal strength of 50-60 dBμV, reaching a maximum of 63 dBμV. At this point, I contacted the staff on the monitoring vehicle and agreed to meet at the entrance of the Baqiao Thermal Power Plant.

With the assistance of 無委's fixed and mobile stations, we began using handheld equipment to search from the 7th floor of the "Mei Lu Ya Yuan" complex (West District), located opposite the power plant entrance, at approximately 10:10. As we ascended to the top of the 7th floor, we did not find any equipment, and the signal strength was only around 40-50 dBμV, with a maximum of 60 dBμV. However, as we moved the antenna through the gaps in the building towards the 3rd floor of the "Mei Lu Ya Yuan" complex (East District), located approximately 100m away, the signal strength increased to 82 dBμV.
