除夕！回到乡下抽时间ISS通联全国HAM。然后被举报了！村支书过来了解情况，肯定怀疑我图谋不轨，拍下了我通联时候的照片，还不断的问我。我真心无力搭理，因为ISS正经过头顶，简单解释，（还是影响了我发挥，只确认了2位HAM）一听我只讲英语更警惕了。结束后聊了一会，终于认出我来了（很少回老家），说派出所会来联系我。我轻松回复，没关系，随时来。果不其然给我打电话了，好吧！那就来吧来了一位民警，两位辅警，要看我设备。我提出出事证件并请两位民警出现场，叔叔说了只有一人值班。好吧，大过年的，然后也没给我看证件。给叔叔看了一下设备，问我干什么用了。然后说明iss通联，无线电训练。继续问我都跟谁联系，回他那儿的都有。有问：有国外的吗？嗯可以通到的。还问：怎么说英文？回他字母解释法。还好人家也用警用对讲机的，知道点字母解释法。只是不知道业务无线电。然后我就开启了业余无线电的科普讲堂，说明了业余无线电在救灾等活动中的作用，并且我是持证合法上台的。然后还要查看我的证件。又给科普了一下证件，颁发机构。叔叔着实是第一次了解还有业余无线电。告诉他可以去找当地无委了解政策，有问题再给我打电话。叔叔走后应该是去村委找支书了（看行车方向）我应该是我们村第一位合法使用业余无线电的HAM了

Then I was reported!
The village secretary came to investigate, and I could tell he suspected something was wrong. He took a photo of me using the radio, and kept asking me questions. I honestly couldn't keep up, because the ISS was passing overhead, and I was just trying to explain (and also confirm that two HAMs were present). When I only spoke in English, he became even more suspicious. After a while, we chatted, and finally he recognized me (I hadn't been home recently), and said that the police station would contact me. I replied calmly that it was fine, and they could come anytime.
As expected, they called me. Okay, let's do it!
A police officer and two auxiliary officers arrived to inspect my equipment. I presented the relevant documents and requested that both officers be present, but the uncle said that only one person was on duty. Okay, it's a major holiday, and he didn't even show me the documents.
I showed my uncle the equipment and asked him what I was using it for. Then, I explained that ISS (International Shortwave) allows communication via amateur radio, specifically for training purposes. I then asked who I was communicating with, and he confirmed that I could contact anyone through ISS. I also inquired about how to communicate in English, and he explained the use of letters and codes. Fortunately, he also uses a police radio and is familiar with this method. However, he didn't know anything about business-related amateur radio. Then, I started a presentation on amateur radio, explaining its role in activities such as disaster relief, and emphasizing that I am a licensed operator. I then asked him to show me his license. He explained the licensing process and the issuing authority. My uncle was genuinely surprised to learn about amateur radio. I advised him to contact the local regulatory authority (无委) for more information on policies and regulations, and to call me if he had any further questions.
After Uncle left, I should go to the village committee and find the secretary (depending on which direction he was heading).
I should be the first person in our village to legally use a ham radio.
